The story behind the platform
Hi, I'm Tomer Ganz, and I've been the BABA ZMAN camp leader for the past few years. Like many camp leaders, I found myself drowning in spreadsheets, juggling multiple tools, and spending countless hours on administrative tasks instead of focusing on what really matters—creating an amazing camp experience.
Every year, the same pain points: tracking member registrations across different spreadsheets, managing budgets in one place while payments were tracked elsewhere, coordinating shifts through WhatsApp groups and email chains, and trying to keep everything organized while the chaos of camp planning unfolded around us.
So I decided to build a solution. I created this platform first for our own needs,to centralize everything BABA ZMAN needed in one place. No more switching between spreadsheets, no more lost information, no more confusion about who paid what or who's covering which shift.
As we used it, I realized this wasn't just solving our problems, it could help any camp leaders save hours of work, focus on running the camp, delegate tasks effectively, and still maintain a clear overview of all aspects: members, budget, shifts, compliance, and more.
That's how this platform was born. from real pain points, built by someone who lives the camp leader experience, and designed to give you back the time and clarity you need to focus on what you do best - creating magic.
